Sunesis is more expensive than it is an upgrade over T1 Explo frigs. Just try it and you won't be disappointed. It serves well in research and exploration but truly comes into its own in combat, with an extremely fast align time. In regards to engineering rig slots, increasing your speed with auxiliary thrusters or decreasing your inertia with polycarbon engine will slightly affect your tankiness and of course. Since it has very low skill requirements, any capsuleer can pilot it. I’m sure there is a rare instance in which these five rigs are useful, but as the general rule, structure tanking is a common joke among Eve veterans. Easily the largest Cargohold of any Frigate/Destroyer (>1200m3 in travel fit) - especially handy now that Highsec is turning into Lowsec The Sunesis-class SoCT Destroyer allows any acolyte to protect the investigations and secrets of the society.
